Ensures that training is delivered in an understandable way. Adheres to federal and state regulations, and follows all Extendicare policies and proceduresMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Currently licensed in the state as Registered Nurse.Experience: Minimum of two years nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting. Prior role in staff development and training/education preferred.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Must be willing to travel to and between assigned centers. Demonstrable clinical competency and current RN skills. Strong oral/presentation, written communication skills and basic computer skills. Ability to work with diverse groups of people: residents, families, community members, other staff and volunteers. Meet all health requirements imposed by law. Must have current CPR certification..
